Please ensure that the receipt:
1. Clearly shows the date and time of transaction.
2. Has not been previously submitted.
3. Can be clearly read.
4. Is not a receipt from an online only business (eg. Amazon). All businesses must have a physical location.
Transactions from businesses that also have an online presence will be accepted (For example, restaurants on Uber Eats or a retailer's website)
5. Is less than 2 weeks old. Any receipt older than 2 weeks will not be accepted.
6. Is from an Australian Business. Only receipts from Australian Businesses will be accepted.

Once submitted, we will review the receipt image and email you within 24 hours with a unique code that you enter into Maiinn Rewards. If there is any issues with the receipt, such as poor image quality or appears to be a duplicate, we will email you.
